Since 1992, when Jim Humphrey started his Law Enforcement Consulting business, he has been involved in the Security field. Confidential security audits or surveys can be provided, as well as on-going security services. Past experience has included, but not limited to, his work as associate security representative for the National football League (NFL) from 1996 – 2002 and his work for the Phoenix Water Services Department after the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack on New York and the Pentagon.
